A great place to stay. March 2008
We had a great stay in the apartment.  It was in a quiet area but you were in the centre of things within a few minutes walk.  It was very clean and well presented and there was everything you could possibly need and then you would open a cupboard or look on a shelf and there was more.  Although compact everything was arranged to make the best possible use of the space.  Ideal for a couple or a small family.  The owner was extremely helpful from our first contact by email, providing maps for location and arranging car parking. Payment was straight forward.  He was friendly without being intrusive and gave us lots of helpful hints on places to see and places to eat.  There are many to choose from and a range of prices.  Le Table was the best meal I have had for a long time and could be easily missed as it is up a very inoccuous side street and don't be put off by the exterior of some of the places to eat or you will miss out.  A particular favourite of ours (although closed on this occassion for refurbishing) is the Arago.  There are lots of pleasant squares with bars where you can pass hours just people watching and many nice resorts and beaches in easy travelling distance from Perpignan if you want a change from town.  Some of the food stalls in the side streets are wonderful with all sorts of fresh food and herbs and spices to choose from and with all the amenities at the apartment you don't always have to spend a fortune on eating out.  The owner provides slippers for you to use in the apartment which may sound strange but believe me is a very good idea.  I would definitely reccommend this apartment and will certainly be hoping to book again in the future.
