As a frequent visitor to the Languedoc-Roussillon region I quickly tired of the very poor and over expensive hotels to be found in Perpignan so I decided to try this self-catering apartment for a change. Perpignan is the best place to use as a base if one wants to discover the region so I was determined to find an accommodation to which i would be happy to return. I was more than delighted with the accommodation which was finished to the highest standards and had all the mod cons one could possibly need for either a short or long stay. The aparments are centrally located and a few minutes walk bring you into the heart of the town. The two genial hosts are very welcoming and will do their utmost to ensure that their guest's stay will be both enjoyable and comfortable. It is great to enjoy the independence that one has from staying in this accommodation but also the safety one has in the knowledge that if anything should go wrong then help is close at hand because the owners reside on the top floor of the building. There was no need to visit the tourist office because each apartment was furnished with as much documentation possible on the region. The hosts are very approachable so don't be afraid to ask their advice. I cannot state how highly i recommend staying in this accommodation which can be rented by the night or week. Whichever you choose you would not find anything of equal quality or value in the region. Not to mention the standard of hygiene which is second to none and would be extremely difficult to find in any other hotel or self catering property. I have since recommended this accommodation to other irish people travelling to the area and have yet to hear even one complaint about the place. So next time you intend to visit the languedoc region do yourself a favour, steer clear of the so-called "quality" hotels and enjoy the comfort that this property offers. I promise you won't be disappointed. Congrats to the owners on developing a superior quality and highly comfortable accomodation and i wish them success for the future. One last piece of advice is to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
